CycleSport Victoria announces new General Manager

CSV is pleased to announce the appointment of Kipp Kaufmann.

CycleSport Victoria is pleased to announce the appointment of Kipp Kaufmann to the position of CycleSport Victoria (CSV) General Manager.

Kipp brings over ten years of experience in the sports industry to CycleSport Victoria and, most recently as the Executive Director of the Alberta Bicycle Association (Canada), created significant growth in the areas of membership, events and sponsorship.

Prior to this, he held positions with Blind Sports Australia, the 2006 Commonwealth Games and McMaster University in Canada, and has also recently completed a Master of Business (Sport Management) at Deakin University.

“I am thrilled to accept the role of General Manager with CSV in this year where Victoria will play host to the World Championships it is a special time to be involved in cycling,” said Kaufmann.

“I am looking forward to building on the significant progress CSV has made in recent years, and I believe we are in a strong position to enhance our standing even further.

“I also look forward to working closely with CSV's Members, Clubs, Board and Staff to ensure CSV continues to provide leadership and quality services,” he added.

CSV President Glen Pearsall is delighted with the appointment. 

“Kipp brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to CSV and I look forward to working with, and wish, him all the best in his new role,” said Pearsall.
