In the case that you are unable to participate in the event a credit note, minus a $10 administration fee, can be issued. The credit note will be valid for use in any CycleSport Victoria Recreational event within 12 months of the date of issue.
In order to be eligible for a credit note you must notify the Event Coordinator of your withdrawal in writing by the 21st May 2010. No credit notes will be issued after this date.
No refunds or transfers are possible under any circumstances.
